摘要
目的观察经安片对大鼠离体和在体子宫平滑肌运动的影响。方法取雌性大鼠随机分组,皮下注射己烯雌酚以提高子宫敏感性。第3天用二道生理记录仪记录正常收缩曲线后,将经安片按0.4、0.8、1.6 g/kg剂量从大鼠十二指肠给药,记录给药后70 min内子宫活动的曲线。测量给药前10 min及药后25～35 min、40～50 min、55～65 min等不同时间段的收缩频率和振幅。另取雌性大鼠注射己烯雌酚使子宫增敏,第3天取子宫观察经安片对离体子宫平滑肌运动的影响。结果经安片0.4 g/kg以上剂量对麻醉大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的自发收缩有明显抑制作用,给药后30～70 min可见子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和频率均显著减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05～P<0.01),疗效与剂量呈正相关;8%以上浓度给0.3 mL能明显抑制大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的自发收缩,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05～P<0.01),4%以上浓度给0.3 mL可明显对抗缩宫素引起的子宫收缩频率增加和振幅增大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05～P<0.01)。结论经安片对大鼠离体和在体子宫平滑肌运动均有抑制作用,并能对抗缩宫素引起的子宫收缩频率增加和振幅增大。
Objective To study the effects of Jin＇an tablets on contractile activities of uterine smooth muscles in rats both in vivo and in vitro. Methods The rats were randomly divided into 2 groups after Diethylstilbestrol Administration. The rats were given Jin＇an tablets with 0.4 g/kg, 0.8 g/kg and 1.6 g/kg into duodenum and the effects were recorded by Couple-lined Biological Recorder at the period of both before 10 mins administration and after 25-35mins, 40-50 mins and 55-65 mins administration; the uterus in other group were seperaterd and the effects were recorded by the same way. Results The spontaneous contractile activities of uterine smooth muscles was significantly depressed by Jin＇an tablets （〉0.4 g/kg）; 30-70 rains after adminstration, the amplitude and frequency of contradion were significantly reduced （P〈 0.05, P〈0.01 ）and seemed to be positively associated. The spontaneous contradion was also sig- nificantly depressed by Jin＇an tablet solution above 8%（0.3 mL in vitro, P〈0.05, P〈0.01） and the frequencies and amplitude of contraction increased by Diethylstilbestrol can be contradicted by Jin＇an tablet solution above 4%（0.3 mL in vitro, P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Jin＇an tablets can significantly depress the contradion of uterine smooth muscles in both vivo and vitro, and also contradict the effects of Diethylstilbestrol.
