摘要
环境科学的发展和人们对环境保护工作的实践证明，海洋污染综合防治需要建立科学对策，其中包括环境影响评价和影响预测、物理化学参数、质量平衡模式、生物学参数、监视监测、陆—海界面相关研究（ＬＤＩＳ）及其有关的研究。
The article mainly deal with the marine pollution countermeasures based on the integrated scientific strategies including the environmental assess and prediction of impacts,physico chemical factors,the study on the mass balance modeles,biological properties,monitoring and surveillance,the land ocean interaction (LOIS) et al.At last,the proposed administrative opinions for the marine pollution pravention and treatment present.
