摘要
本文运用事故树法分析了火炬熄火事故发生的概率。并结合实例，估计了这种事故排污对环境的影响后果，提出了预防措施。
This paper not only calculated the probability of torch flameout with fault tree analysis,but also gave the examples of how to estimate the results of accident pollutant emission which had influenced upon the environment.Finally,some preventive measures were pointed out.
