摘要
1986~1989年选用在全国利用面积最大的自交系Mo17和其姐妹系“豫20”进行玉米改良单交种的研究。据河南、四川省小面积试验和大面积制种的结果,用姐妹种(Mo17×豫20制种比用自交系制种可提高产量30%以上。对Mo17、“豫20”及其姐妹种的配合力测定结果表明,豫20的一般配合力高于Mo17与姐妹种,但Mo17与姐妹种之间的差异不显著。大面积生产的结果也表明,改良中单2号、改良丹玉13与其对应单交种的产量持平或略有提高,其主要农艺性状、整齐度、抗性也基本相同。
Experiments have beed carried out to produce the sister cross of Mo17×Yu20 by crossing Mo17 with its sister line Yu20 and to produce the modifiedsingle-crosses(Mo17×Yu20)×E28,(Mo17×Yu20)×Z330,etc.by crossing Mo17×Yu20 with male parents.The study shows that the substitution of Mo17×Yu20forMo17 can have an increase hybred seed yield at least 30%.The general com-bining ability of Yu20 is higher than Mo17 and Mo17×Yu20,no significant diffe-rences within Mo17 and Yu20.The grain yields of modified single-crosses on largescale are the same as the corresponding single-crosses,no differences between modi-fied singlo-crosses and their corresponding single-crosses exist on main agronomiccharacteristics,uniformity,and resistances.
