摘要
有限元法应用于计算交变载荷下YC6108Q柴油机连杆的三向应力状态,这种应力状态具有多轮非同相(非比例)循环应力的特征,基于VonMiss屈服条件,引入Sines有效平均应力和有效应力幅的概念对连杆疲劳强度进行评估。同时通过疲劳试验对疲劳性能进行测试,计算评估和试验测试的一致性,使两方面的工作得到相互验证。
Three direction stress status of the connecting rod for YC61080 diesel en-gine is calculated by using FEM under the alternating load. The stress status has the charac-teristics of multi - shaft and different directions. The efficient mean stress and efficient stress amplitude defined hy sines according to yield condition of Von Miss are introduced to evaluate the fatigue strength of the connectiong rod. At the same time, the fatigue feature of the connecting rod has been measured by fatigue tester. The calculated results is proddfed in conformity with the measured results.
