摘要
将有限元法应用到淄博柴油机总公司的6210双燃料发动机连杆小头的强度校核之中,采用Pro/E软件对连杆进行了三维实体造型,并利用ANSYS软件对连杆模型进行了有限元分析,得到了连杆在最大拉伸、最大压缩两种工况下的应力、应变分布,确定了连杆小头的最大应力部位和疲劳安全系数,验证了连杆小头的可靠性。
Finite element analysis was used for 6210 dual- fuel engine connecting rod small end strength inspection in Zibo Diesel Engine Parent Company. A 3 - dimension model of the con- necting rod was set up with Pro/E. Stress and strain distribution of the connecting rod under condi- tion of maximum stretching and maximum compressing was simulated by ANSYS software. And then the maximum stress position was found, fatigue coefficient was calculated, and the reliability of the connecting rod small end was checked.
