摘要
报道了新显色剂5-(2,4-二甲苯基偶氮)罗丹宁的合成及其在分析上的应用,试验结果表明,在非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,于PH7.0的缓冲介质中,试剂可与钯形成21的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为510nm。试剂对钯具有较高选择性,所拟方法用于催化剂中钯的测定,结果满意。
A new colour reagent 5-(2,4-dimethylbezeneazo)rhodanine has been synthesized and its colour reaction with palladium has been studied in this paper.The results show that in the presece of nonionic surfactant Triton X-100 and in the buffer solution of pH 7.0 the new reagent reacts with palladium to form a stable red complex with the molar ratio of 2:1.The maxium absorption of the complex is found at 510nm and molar absoptivity is calculated to be 6.7×10~4.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-20μg/25ml for Pd(Ⅱ).The method has been applied to determine palladium in catalysts with satisfactory results.
