摘要
对现代航油企业发展中安全生产管理的特点和普遍存在的问题进行了分析,有针对性地阐述了构建"科技、制度、监察"三位一体的安全生产管理体系的重要性,并以华南蓝天航空油料有限公司构建现代航油企业安全管理体系为例作了说明,为现代航油企业安全生产管理体系的建立与实施提供了有益的探索。
The characteristics and common problems in safety production management of modern aviation oil companies are analyzed.With the example of Huanan Lantian Aviation Oil Company,the importance of construction of science,system and monitor combined safety management system is illustrated.The analysis provides useful exploration of construction and application of modern safety production management.
