摘要
介绍了作为三次油气回收技术的油气封存冷凝回收系统的工作原理、运行条件及过程,该系统可将加油站储罐中的部分油气冷凝为液态油,将未完全液化的油气送入膜分离装置,将混合气中的碳氢化合物分离,分离后的液态油和高浓度油气被送回油罐加以利用,并控制储罐压力,保证系统安全运行,可真正地实现油气回收和利用。
Based on the necessity of oil vapor recovery system in gas station,the essence and theory of one-stage and two-stage oil vapor recovery systems were analyzed deeply,and four methods of three-stage oil vapor recovery technology were introduced.Finally,the application of three-stage oil vapor sealing and condensing recovery system in gas station was discussed from the aspects of working theory,operation condition and action procedure,which provided reference for the revamp of oil gas recovery system and construction of new gas station.
