摘要 以YCC30D型内燃平衡重式叉车的横置油缸转向桥体为例,分析转向桥的受力情况,找到应力集中的部位,并运用ANSYS软件对叉车转向桥体进行模态分析与谱分析,得到转向桥体的固有频率及其在随机振动下的响应曲线,分析发生共振的可能性,验证了结构的强度,为进一步进行模型的优化提供了有力的数据. As a case of the analysis, the force exerted on the steering-bridge for the horizontal hydraulic cylinder of YCC30D counterweight diesel forklift was analyzed, so as to detect the stress concentration position. Modal and spectrum analyses of the steering-bridge were carried out using the ANSYS software, which gave the intrinsic frequency of the bridge and yielded a response curve of it under random vibration. The possibility of resonance occurring on the bridge was analyzed, and the strength of the structure predicted, which would provide useful data for further optimizing the model.
