摘要
在罗氏沼虾工厂化育苗期间,用2mg/L浓度的高锰酸钾溶液浸浴幼体,可以在短时间内有效抑菌;用1mg/ml的土霉素溶液浸浴幼体,能有效抑菌。通过酸试验,高锰酸钾和土霉素的抑菌效果与pH的降低相关性不强。
During the industrialized cultivation stage of Macrobrachium rosenbergii larvae, the growth of bacteria could be effectively restrained within a short period of time if the concentration of KMnO 4 in hatchery water was maintained at 2 mg/L. The bacteria growth could also be effectively restrained if the larvae were immersed in the terramycin solution with a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Through acid study, it was found that there was no close relationship between the decreasing of pH value and the bacteriostasis of KMnO 4 and terramycin .
