摘要
本文对由患黑鳃病的中国对虾分离到的二株尖孢镰孢菌（Fusariumoxysporum）进行了初步研究。其最适生长温度25℃、盐度15．0－35．0、pH值6-7。该菌生长快（直径9．19—9．36cm／3d）、孢子萌发迅速。乌梅等中草药可以有效地抑制该菌株的生长。
Two strains of Fusarium oxysporum were isolated from diseased farmed shrimp Penaeus orientalis, in its overwintering period. The disease is locally called 'Black Gill Disease'. The optimal growth condition for the strains was: temperature,25℃, salinity, 15.0-35.0 ppt and pH Yalue, 6-7. The diameter of colony on seawater PDA medium was 9.36cm (F1) and 9.19cm (F4) three days after inoculation witli 5μl conidiospore suspension. All macroconidia of strain F4 germinated 4h posterior to adding conidiospore suspension into seawater PDA medium conta-1ning o-5% agar. Severa1 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines' have shown promisen inhibiting the growth of the isolated strains in the laboratory. Among them,fructus prunusis was the most effective.
