调理剂在猪粪秸秆堆肥中的保氮效果 被引量:6

Nitrogen conservation effects of conditioner in pig manure and straw composting

摘要 以HM菌剂为发酵菌、FeSO4或凹凸棒为添加剂,在强制通风静态垛堆肥反应器中,鲜猪粪和玉米秸秆以鲜重6∶1的比例进行堆肥,研究分析堆制过程中堆肥的各种氮素、有机碳含量和其他性质指标。结果表明:HM菌剂的加入可以加速堆体升温,缩短发酵时间21 d;与堆肥前相比,堆肥后的空白对照处理的全氮含量相对减少1.7%,而HM菌剂、HM+FeSO4、HM+凹凸棒处理的全氮含量分别相对增加4.4%、5.3%和5.2%,有机碳分别降解了26.4%、29.5%、30.1%和28.7%;NO3--N含量分别增加833、891、969、936 mg/kg;堆制结束时,各处理堆肥的C/N比在16.5~17.0∶1之间,pH值在7.2~7.9之间,EC值均小于4.0 mS/cm,GI值均大于50,说明堆肥基本腐熟;从保氮效果来看,以HM+FeSO4处理最佳,HM+凹凸棒处理次之,空白对照效果最差。 The fresh pig manure and corn stalkwere were used to compost on the fresh weight ratio 6:1, with HM bacteria as fermentation bacteria and FeSO4 or attapulgite as additive. In composting, the experiment reacted in the compulsory ventilation static pile composting reactor. According to the composting situation, the composted samplings were studied in the process of the composting; such as nitrogen, organic carbon content and other indicators. The results showed that HM baeteria could accelerate warming and 21 days can be shortened in the fermentation, the total nitrogen content of treatment groups including CK, HM bacteria, HM+FeSO4 and HM+attapulgite increased -1.7%, 4.4%, 5.3% and 5.2%, the degradation rate of organic carbon was 26.4%, 29.5%, 30.1% and 28.7%, the nitrate ni^ogen content increased 833, 891, 969, 936 mg/kg, respectively. The C/N was 16.5-17.0:1 and the pH was between 7.2 and 7.9, EC value was less than 4.0 mS/cm, GI value was larger than 50 in the end. The nitrogen conservation effects of HM+FeSO4 treatment group was best, followed by HM+attapulgite, HM bacteria, and CK treatment groups successively.
