摘要
目的探讨临床路径在维持性血液透析患者健康教育中的应用。方法随机将40例维持性血液透析患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,观察组采用健康教育路径方法。结果观察组20例患者健康教育知晓率以及对护理工作满意度比较均优于对照组。结论对维持性血液透析患者应用健康教育路径进行指导,可提高教育效果、加强护患沟通、提高护理质量,同时也对护理人员提出了更高的素质要求。
Objective To study the application of clinical pathway in health education for patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Forty patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group was given normal health education method, the observation group was given health education path method. Results The comparison of health education awareness and the to satisfaction the nursing job in observation group of 20 patients were better than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of health education path for guidance to patients with maintenance hemodialysis, can improve the education effect, strengthen the guard with communication, and improve nursing quality, at the same time also put forward the higher quality demands nursing staff.
