摘要
报告2例Ramsay-Hunt综合征,均因耳部疼痛伴皮疹起病。二例均有单侧面瘫、神经痛、耳部颜面部水疱及不同程度的头晕、恶心,经止痛、抗病毒、营养神经等治疗,均明显好转。
Two cases of Ramsay- Hunt syndrome were reported. The symptome of the disease started from pain and skin rash in auricular region. They had unilateral facial paralysis, vesicles and neuralgia and suffered from vertigo, nausea and vomiting. Both of them got better after treatment with antiviral agents, pain control and neurotrophic drugs.
