摘要
研究发现滤纸纤维素材料在电子束辐射裂解过程中,X射线衍射峰(002、101、101峰)的峰位均随辐照剂量的变化呈规律性变化。根据实验数据分析,电子束射线裂解了纤维素晶格和非晶处界面的分子,引起纤维素微晶尺寸变小,使纤维素X衍射峰发生向小角方向位移。实验中还发现辐照的滤纸放置4个月后,其002峰的峰强明显小于辐照后立刻测得的数据,这可用辐照后效应来解释。
