摘要
结合医学本身的学科特点,联系实际,从教育理念的更新、学生创新素质的培养、创新型教师队伍的构建及创新环境的营造四个方面提出关于临床教学中如何培养创新型医学人才的一些建议。
Based on the characteristics of medical science and reality as well, the article makes suggestions on how to cultivate medical talents of creativity in clinical teaching from four aspects as follows： refreshing educational concept, fostering students＇ innovative competency, building up a creative teaching staff, and developing innovative surroundings.
