本文通过对读者投诉原因的分析,阐述了妥善处理读者投诉的重要性,并提出了积极应对读者投诉的策略。
Based on the analysis of the reasons for the reader complaints, and explained the importance to handle complaints from readers properly, and proposed the strategies in response to reader complaints positively.
