摘要
传统的货代企业要满足客户日益复杂的个性化需求,适应现代物流竞争的需要就需借助于一种新型的企业经营方式——虚拟物流。文章从我国货代企业的现状出发,研究了虚拟物流模式在货代业的可行性及企业构建虚拟物流的主要流程,最后提出了货代企业发展虚拟物流的若干关键问题,为货代企业的创新发展提供了一种借鉴。
Facing the more complicated special requirement and the increasing vigorous competition of market, virtual logistics should be adopted by the forwarder enterprises. The main processes of virtual logistics are discussed by the paper from the reality of Chinese Forwarder Enterprises and some major problems are analyzed in the last, which may be a good experience for the development of forwarder enterprises.
