摘要
虚拟物流企业是我国物流企业,特别是中小物流企业未来的发展趋势。采取动态联盟的方式建立的虚拟物流企业可以形成规模经济,节约物流资源,达到社会效益的最大化;并指出了构建虚拟物流企业中存在的一些问题。
Virtual logistics is the future development direction of the logistics enterprise in our country, especially medium-sized and small-sized logistics enterprise. Adopting the measure of dynamic state alliance can form the economics of scale, save the logics resources and achieve the maximization of the social efficiency. And this paper points out some questions which enterprises face in constructing virtual logistics.
