摘要
目的鉴定东北刺人参根挥发油成分,为东北刺人参根的研究提供科学依据。方法采用GC-MS法,从东北刺人参根的挥发油中分离出15种成分,鉴定了14种化合物。结论有12种化合物为首次从该植物根中分得,其中7,11-二甲基-3-亚甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯和7-甲基-3-亚甲基-1,6-辛二烯为主要成分,二者均为含有亚甲基的多烯化合物。
Objective To identity chemical compositions of essential oil of the root from Oplopanax elatus Nakai and provide a scientific basis for study of Oplopanax elatus Nakai. Methods Volatile oil in the root of Oplopanax elatus Nakai were determined and identified by the method of GC-MS .Results fivtcen compounds were separated and fourteen corn-pounds were identified in the root of Oplopanax elatus Nakai .Conclusion 12 compounds were separated and obtained in the root of Oplopanax elatus Nakai for the first time.Basis are 7,11 - dimethyl - 3 - methylene -1,6,10 - dodecatriene and 7 - methyl - 3 -methylene - 1,6 - octadiene.
