摘要
本文针对近四十多年来国内外船舶运动及结构响应预报存在的难题，提出一种统一的理性估算方法，用于估算风浪中航行的船舶运动与结构响应。本文简要地介绍问题的由来，估算方法的数学基础，并给出一示范性的计算实例，供从事船舶及海洋工程的科研人员参考。
In this paper, a unified rationally-based estimate method of predicting ship motions and structural responses in irregular waves is developed.The background of problem is described briefly, the estimate mothed of mathematical basis is introduced and apractical example is given. The contents would be a great help to some researchers of ships and offshore structures.
