摘要
以柠条锦鸡儿种子为试验材料,利用不同浓度多效唑(PP_(333))对其进行浸种,采用培养皿滤纸法测定PP_(333)对柠条锦鸡儿种子萌发指标、形态指标及生理特性的影响,筛选出最适宜柠条锦鸡儿种子萌发的PP_(333)浓度,旨在提高柠条锦鸡儿在恶劣环境条件下的适应性。结果表明:PP_(333)会降低柠条锦鸡儿种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,但其差异均不显著(P<0.05);PP_(333)能够显著促进柠条锦鸡儿胚根长度及体内抗氧化酶活性的增加(P<0.05)。隶属函数综合分析显示,200 mg/L的PP_(333)对柠条锦鸡儿种子生长的作用效果最明显。
Abstract ：Taking the seeds of Caragana korshilrskii as experimental material, soaking in PP333 with different con- centration, the effects of PP333 on the germination index, morphological index and physiological characteristics have been determined by use of filter paper in culture dish, and the suitable concentration of PP333 for seed germination of Caragana korshinskii have been chosen, which can improve the adoptability of Caragana korshinskii in bad envi- ronment. The results show that PP333 can reduce the seed germination rate, germination energy and germination in- dex of Caragana korshinskii without significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and it can promote the growth of radicle length and the increase of antioxidant enzyme activity. The comprehensive analysis on member function shows that 200 mg/L PP333 is the best concentration for the seeds growth of Caragana korshinskii.
