摘要
目的通过对老年女性冠心病证型、治法的研究,探讨其论治特点。方法选择78例老年女性冠心病门诊患者,辨证分型。治疗组45例,在原有西药治疗基础上,辨证施治加服中药;对照组33例,维持原有西药治疗,观察疗效。结果临床总有效率,治疗组为84.4%,对照组为69.7%。中医证候疗效:证候积分平均值治疗前后差值,治疗组(9.4±5.3),对照组(6.7±4.5),两组差值比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年女性冠心病的治疗,应针对其病理生理特点采取相应的治本措施,以益肾调肝,养阴益气为基础,加以化瘀涤痰、舒痹通脉为法。
Objective To discuss the treatment characteristics by studying the syndromes and treatments of coronary heart disease in aged women. Methods 78 cases of aged women with coronary heart disease were selected and syndromes were differentiated. 45 cases in the therapeutic group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine according to syndromes besides original western medicine; 33 cases in the control group continue to be treated with original western medicine. The efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 84.4 %, and that of the control group was 69.7 %, The effective rate of TCM symptoms ： the difference between the average values of syndrome integration pro and post treatment of the therapeutic group was （9.4 ± 5.3 ）, of the control group was （6. 7 ± 4. 5 ）. The difference had statistic significance（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion For the treatment of coronary heart disease in aged women, we should take appropriate measures according to its pathological and physiological characteristics. The treatment should be based on invigorating kidney and regulating liver, nourishing yin and benefiting qi with resolving phlegm and blood - stasis and relaxing numbness and removing stagnation of vessels.
