摘要
采用紫外分光光度法与高效液相色谱法，对盐酸氟西汀胶囊在不同贮存期进行含量测定比较，阐明采用紫外分光光度法测定某些易降解药品含量时，制定的方法只适用于测定该药品降解前的含量。
A ultravioletspectrophotometry method for the determination of fluoxetine in fluoxetine HCl capsules was compaired with HPLC. Results indicate that an established ultravioletspectrophotometry method for some easy degraded medicine can only be used before the active ingredient degraded. When the content of the active ingredient approachs inferior limit,HPLC should be use instead.
