摘要
目的：探讨等离子低温射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：对109床诊断为慢性肥厚性鼻炎的病例进行下鼻甲等离子消融治疗。结果：经术后随访36个月，所有患者。均取得较满意的疗效。治疗后VAS评分与术前相比均有高度显著性差异（P〈0．01），糖精试验与术前相比无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：等离子低温射频消融对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的下鼻甲肥大具有较好的疗效，且安全、微创、术后并发症少，能最大限度保护鼻腔及黏膜生理功能。
Objective： To determine the effect of low - temperature plasma radiofrequeney ablation for the treatment of chronic hyper-rhinitis. Methods： One hundred and nine patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were undertaken inferior turbinate plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment. Results： The treatment effects of these patients were satisfactory according to 3 to 6 months follow up. There was significant difference between before and after treatment by VAS score （P 〈 0.01 ） ; there was no significant difference between before and after treatment by saccharin test（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Low- temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation may treat inferior turbinate hypertrophy of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis with characteristics of better effect, safety, minimally invasive, less postoperative complications and maximal protection of nasal mucosa and physiological functions.
