鼻内镜下功能性下鼻甲黏膜下切除术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨鼻内镜下功能性下鼻甲黏膜下切除术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法对86例(160侧)鼻内镜下功能性下鼻甲黏膜下切除术患者临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果患者手术总体疗效满意,痊愈153侧,好转7侧,无无效患者,有效率100%。术后半个月左右手术下鼻甲结构和功能即可恢复,未出现干燥性和萎缩性鼻炎等并发症。结论鼻内窥镜下功能性下鼻甲黏膜下切除术是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎行之有效的微创和功能性手术方法。
