辽宁省杂草稻生物学多样性及其遗传分化研究 被引量:6

摘要 杂草稻是指在稻田里或周边作为杂草类型而伴随栽培稻生长的水稻植株,杂草稻已成为辽宁省稻区一种严重的杂草类型。2003~2005年对辽宁省杂草稻进行了初步考察、收集和整理,对其生物学特性进行了初步研究。结果表明:杂草稻广泛分布在辽宁省各水稻主产区的各主栽水稻田中,且正从栽培田向周边扩散;不同地区杂草稻的株高、分蘖能力、单株穗数及芒长等生物学特性变异较大;杂草稻在亚种分类上大部分属粳型和偏粳型,只有少数为偏籼型。SSR分子标记结果表明,辽宁省杂草稻群体间的遗传分化复杂。 Weedy rice refers to rice plants growing in paddy or other fields as a weedy type. Weedy rice is a serious weed in rice-transplanting areas in Liaoning Province of north China. Field surveys conducted to define the distribution region of weedy riee and weedy riee resources were collected from the main rice-growing regions of Liaoning Province in the autumns 2003- 2005. A research has been done at the Rice Research Institute of Shenyang Agricultural University in 2006 to determine the phenotypic diversity of weedy rice. The results showed that weedy rice distributed widely in cultivars in main rice growing regions of Liaoning. This study revealed that there were great phenotypie diversities in weedy rice accessions from different regions based on plant height, tillering capacity, panicles and presence of own. The results also showed that the genetic differentiation of Liaoning weedy riee was very complex based on analysis with 30 SSR makers.
