摘要
利用SSR标记技术,选用50对SSR引物以玉米杂交种郑单958及其父母本DNA为材料,筛选出了4对在杂交种中呈现双亲互补带型的引物。研究表明:这4对引物均可用于玉米杂交种郑单958种子的纯度鉴定。
In this study, genomic DNA extracted from the maize F1 hybrids-Zhendan 958 and its parental lines was subjected to SSR analysis with 50 pairs of primer to test which ones will show its parents supplementary belt in Zhendan 958 maize hybrid. Four of them could detect polymorphism between the male parents and the female parents of the hybrid. Result shows that these 4 SSR primer pairs could be suitable for identifying the purity of this hybrid
