摘要
通过对润湿织物透气性的研究发现:机织物的透气量,随着含湿量的增大逐渐减小;针织物的透气量,随着含湿量的增大,先增大后下降,主要是因为润湿后水对针织物的表面状况和孔隙大小产生了较大的影响.同时,润湿后的机、针织物,透气量呈现不同的变化趋势.我们通过打样机织造出的织物对此现象做了进一步研究发现,织物中的孔径大小直接影响织物透气性随织物含湿量变化的曲线形态.
The air permeability of wet fabrics was studied in this paper. The air permeability of woven fabrics decreases as their moisture content increases. On the other hand, as their moisture content increases, the air permeability of knitted fabrics presents gradual increase at first, and then decreases. The reason is that the performance and porous of knitted fabrics are greatly influ- enced by water. Meanwhile, different variation of the air permeability between wet woven fabrics and wet knitted fabrics is explored and analyzed through fabrics testing. The hole size in a fabric influences the diagram of curve of the relationship between the air permeability and the moisture content of woven and knitted fabrics.
