非线性三角辅助面与走针面曲线形态偏心不等径原理

摘要 本文叙述了等径不偏心设计辅助面曲线的不合理性,论证了偏心不等径法设计辅助面曲线的原理;并通过数学方法以间隙系列与针踵在跑道中允许的偏转角为依据,计算出偏心距e_x以及在量值上不相等的走针面半径R_2与辅助面半径R_1。为定量研究动态模拟针距在跑道中的全部运行状态奠定了重要基础。 This paper states the designing principle for the curve of the raceway auxiliary surfaceby non-eccentric equiradius, and also demonstrates that for the curve of the raceway auxili-ary surface by eccentric variable radius. On the basis of a series of gaps and the alloweddeflection angle of the butt in the raceway, the parameters are evaluated including the eccen-tric distance E, radius R2 on the raceway knitting surface and radius RI, not equal to R2quantitativity, on the raceway auxiliary surface by the math method. It lays the foundationfor quantitative studing and dynamic simulating of the whole working condition of the buttin the raceway.
