摘要
晋陕蒙接壤地区内蒙古境内近几年来由于资源开发步伐加快，原生生态系统受到破坏，环境恶化已到了危机的程度。随着我国煤炭资源开始的战略转移，即将开始的大规模资源开发，如不注意保护环境，将会导致更为严重的生态环境恶化。本文依该区域的环境现状和过去资源开发的后果对此提出预警。
In recent years, because the exploitation of coal field was accelerated in the contiguous areas among Shanxi-Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia, the primary eco-system was destroyed, and the regional environment was aggravated gradually and reached the degree of crisias. With the shift of strategy of coal exploitation in China and the large scale of coal field construction in Inner Mongolia, the environmental protection must be paid enough attention. This paper forewarns the potential crises of eco-environmental according to the past result and current status of resouce exploitation.
