摘要
指导大学生职业生涯规划的内涵是丰富的,不单纯是就业指导,还应包括创业教育。要以就业指导与创业教育并重为原则,以"在哪里、到哪里、怎么去"为设计模式,指导大学生规划职业生涯。这样做有利于大学生全面认识自我、增强就业创业的自信心;全面认识社会,提高就业创业的针对性;全面提升素质,强化就业创业的竞争力。
In the career planning of university students, there exists its rich connotation, which includes not only the employment guidance, but also the pioneering education. As for the guide to students＇ planning a career, both the employment guidance and the pioneering education should be taken as a principle; what to do, where to go and how to do should be set up as a career design model. As a result, students can first have a better self - assessment and improve their self-confidence in employment and pioneering; they can also develop a comprehensive understanding of the society and strengthen their employment and pioneering targets; finally, they can improve their own overall quality and enhance their competitiveness in employment and pioneering.
