摘要
用２，３－二氨基萘荧光分析法，测定了３５例男性不育症患者服用疗效显著的中药——太子散前后精液中的硒水平，分别为０．０４５±０．０１８，０．０７０±０．０１５μｇ／ｍｌ，后者极为显著地高于前者（Ｐ＜０．００１），提示太子散的高疗效可能与其含硒量以及该中药具有促进机体对硒的吸收利用性能有关。
The semen selenfum levels in 35 infertile men were determined,using 2,3-diaminonaphthalene,before and after they orally adminfstrating Traditional Chinese Medicine Taizisan,and were 0.045±0.018,0.070±0.015μg/ml,respectively,the formerwere significantly lower than the later(P<0.001).It suggested that high therapeutic efficiency of Taizisan probably associate with its selenium content and the important nature of which promotes organism to absorb selenium and utilize it.
