摘要
水稻累积硒的基因型差异非常明显,筛选出富硒能力较强的杂交水稻品种,对开发海南富硒土壤资源具有十分重要的意义。通过田间试验对海南杂交晚稻品种(主栽品种和一些即将推广试种的品种共63个)和早稻品种(主栽品种共12个)进行富硒品种筛选,结果表明:相同条件下,不同晚稻和早稻品种的糙米、精米平均硒含量差异都极显著,最大值是最小值的3~4倍,表明进行富硒品种筛选的必要性。以精米的硒含量达到富硒食品标准(0.1~0.3mg/kg)作为富硒品种筛选指标,富硒晚稻品种主要有'谷丰优8312''、博Ⅱ优510''、南丰优61208''、捷丰优629''、京5优182''、热香1号''、南丰优/6256'和'博Ⅱ优629';富硒早稻品种主要有'红泰优996''、Ⅱ优128''、丛优629''、Ⅱ优202'和'特优57353'。
The genotypic differences of selenium (Se) accumulation of rice were very obvious.Screening enriched-Se hybrid rice cultivars were of great importance for developing enriched-Se soil resources of Hainan province.Filed experiments were carried out to screen enriched-Se cultivars from late rice cultivars (63 cultivars,including main cultivars and ones which were going to be popularized) and early rice cultivars (12 main cultivars).The results showed that Se contents in brown rice and polished one of different cultivars were obviously distinct.The maximum was 3-4 times of the minimum.Therefore,the screening of enriched-Se rice cultivars was necessary.Enriched-Se rice cultivars would be obtained from late rice cultivars when Se content from 0.1 to 0.3 mg/kg was taken as enriched-Se foods standard,i.e.' Gufengyou8312 ',' BoIIyou510 ',' Nanfengyou61208 ',' Jiefengyou629 ',' Jing5you182 ',' Rexiang1 ',' Nanfengyou/6256 ' and ' BoIIyou629 '.The same was for early rice cultivars.So ' Hongtaiyou996 ',' IIyou128 ',' Congyou629 ',' IIyou202 ' and ' Teyou57353 ' of early rice cultivars were enriched-Se cultivars.
