摘要
目的通过三维立体虚拟labb静脉解剖与显微外科手术的对比,评价虚拟现实技术在显微神经外科手术中应用价值。方法研究对象分成虚拟解剖组和实际手术组,实验例数均为23例。虚拟组收集23例颅底肿瘤患者CTA、MR、MRA影像数据,并把数据载入Dextroscope工作站,模拟手术入路显微解剖Labb静脉以及周围的静脉窦,比较虚拟现实仿真手术中测得的Labb静脉数据和临床病例手术中的数据。结果虚拟解剖组的labbe静脉单根5例,双根10例,多根8例;实际手术组的Labb静脉单根5例,双根9例,多根9例,虚拟解剖组Labb静脉属于前置型为17.39%,实际手术组13.04%。对比两组数据无显著性差异。结论运用三维虚拟仿真技术可以精确模拟labbe静脉解剖,为手术入路的选择提供准确、直观的依据。
Objective To explore application value of microsurgical anatomy of the veins of Labbe obtained by virtual reality technology in neurosurgical operations. Methods The virtual anatomy and findings in actual oprations were studied in 23 cases of skull base tumors respectively. Radiological data was collected and transported into Dextroscope workstation. Microsurgical approach was simulated and microsurgical dissection of the veins of Labbe and its surrounding sinus were rebuilt on the workstation. Then, the data of the veins of Labbe from two groups was compared and analyzed. Results Data shows 5 single , 10 double, 8 multiple veins of labbe in virtual anatomy group and 5 single,9 double,9 multiple in actual operation group. Meanwhile, the proportion of foreplaced-type veins of Labbe is 13.04% in operation group and 17.39% in virtual group. Compared with operation group,the data of veins of labbe in virtual group has no significance. Conclusions Virtual reality technology can accurately simulate the anatomical feature of the veins of Labbe, which facilitates the operation planning in neurosurgery.
