小脑幕上颞枕叶桥静脉的显微解剖 被引量:7

Microanatomy of bridging veins of temporal and occipital lobe on the tentorium

摘要 目的通过对小脑幕上颞枕叶桥静脉的观察,为相关手术入路提供解剖学基础。方法对20例(40侧)静脉内灌注蓝色乳胶的成人头颅湿标本去除颅骨后进行观察。结果颞枕叶小脑幕上桥静脉注入点的形态表现为单干型、多干型及烛台型。根据注入点的位置将其分为横窦组、岩部组、小脑幕组及横窦上组,其中横窦上组桥静脉存在于11侧(27.5%)大脑半球。注入点的数目共96个,引流桥静脉的数目共312支;Labbé静脉直径为(2.86±0.80)mm,其中横窦组Labbé静脉距硬膜窦角距离为(18.26±9.54)mm。结论了解小脑幕上颞枕叶桥静脉的解剖有利于在侧颅底等手术避免损伤Labbé静脉和其他桥静脉,从而降低手术后并发症发生的可能性。 Objective Observe the bridging veins of temporal and occipital lobe on the tentorium to provide anatomical basis for related surgical approach. Methods Twenty cadaver heasds (40 sides) are injected with latex with blue dye, then remove the cranial bone to observe the bridging veins. Results The configuration of the location of termination yields three types: single vein type, separated type, candelabra type. On the basis of the lowcation of termination,they are divided into four groups:the transverse sinus group, the petrosal group,the tentorial group and the upper group of the transverse sinus, especially,the upper group of transverse sinus was seen in 11 sides,which accounts for 27.5%. 96 locations of termination are found and the number of bridging veins was 312 ; the diamenter of the vein of Labbé was ( 2.86±0. 80 ) mm, the distance of Labbé vein in the transverse sinus group from sinodural angle was (18. 26±9. 54)ram. Conclusion Knowledge of this venous anatomy' can avoid the damage to the vein of Labbé and other bridging veins during the lateral cranial base surgery' and lower the incidence of the post-operative complication
