摘要
本实验对方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种(Citelophilustesquorumsungaris)吸血、交配受精及产卵等生殖生理特征进行了初步观察。结果表明,该蚤通常在吸血后才能交配受精,交配受精最早发生在喂血后3h,至24h基本完成。喂血12h条件下,雌性受精率受密度及性比的影响较大,适宜的密度和性比(♀∶=1∶1或2∶1)有利于其交配受精行为的发生,雄蚤数目的增加并不一定能提高雌蚤的受精率。吸血是方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种产卵的必要条件,交配受精与否并不影响其产卵,雌性单独喂血,产卵情况与正常养殖相近。
The preliminary observations on the characteristics of reproductive physiology of the flea Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris were carried out under laboratory conditions.The results showed that the blood meal was necessary to the fleas for successful copulation,fertilization and oviposition.Mating activity started 3 hours after blood meal and more that 90% females fertilized after 24 hours then.Fertilization was also affected by density and sex ratio of the flea when blood supply was lasted for 12 hours. An appropriate density and sex ratio (e.g.♀∶=1∶1 or 2∶1) will benefit the fertilization while an increasing number of males could not take such an effect.
