摘要
以1985~1990年实验室观察二齿新蚤和方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种新羽化蚤在不吸血、吸一次血后再不吸血、每日喂血1h三种条件下,在不同温湿度下的存活日数,利用折线回归,求出蚤存活力发生转变的温湿度。主要结果是:(1)蚤存活力随温度上升而下降,随湿度上升而增加;(2)在每日喂血1h条件下,湿度折点为蚤存活力的极值点,雄雌蚤存活力有明显差异且雄小于雌;(3)与前两种吸血条件比较,在每日喂血1h条件下存活力增加最明显;(4)对两种蚤的雄、雌蚤分别做吸血与温度、吸血与湿度,共8种双因素方差分析,得到吸血次数的多少是影响存活力的最重要因素;温度的作用大于湿度;吸血与温度的交互作用大于吸血与湿度的交互作用。
The laboratory studies from 1985-1990 showed the survival of the new emerged fleas, Neopsylla bidentatiformis and Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris , on 3 different feeding conditions, no blood supply, feeding blood only once for an hour and feeding blood an hour each day, and also on different temperature (Temp.) and relative humidity (RH) conditions. The Temp. and RH at which the survival ability of fleas changed were found with polygonal line regression method. The main conclusion were (1) in most cases, the survival of fleas decreased with the Temp. increasing, but increased with the RH increasing; (2)the change point of RH was the maximum survival of fleas on the condition of feeding blood an hour each day, and there was a significant difference in survival between males and females, female survival was higher than male; (3)the survival of fleas increased significantly on the condition of feeding blood an hour each day, compared with other two feeding conditions; (4)the results of 8 two-way ANOVA (feeding and Temp. or feeding and RH for different species and sexes respectively) were that the feeding times played the most important role in survival of fleas, the effect of Temp. on survival was higher than that of RH's, the interaction of feeding and Temp. was higher than that of feeding and RH.
