摘要
本实验比较了两种大孔吸附树脂提取精制红叶芥红色素的各个条件,得出了最佳条件。结果表明:在两种树脂的比较中,阳离子交换吸附树脂作为红叶芥红色素水提液精制时的吸附性能及洗脱性能相对较优。其对红叶芥红色素吸附的最佳条件为:吸附液pH 3,温度25℃,时间2 h;解吸最佳条件为:以95%乙醇作为洗脱剂,pH值为1。
The adsorption and desorption characteristics of macmporous resin to Red Leaf Mustard ( Brassica Juncea Coss. ) pigment were studied . The results showed that the best condition of adsorption temperature was 25 ℃ ,adsorption time was two hours and the pH of adsorption solution was 2 - 3. The best solution of desorption was 95 % alcohol with pill.
