Regulation of protein profiles of helicobacter pylori in different environmental stress

摘要 幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡乃至胃癌、胃黏膜相关淋巴样组织(MALT)淋巴瘤等多种消化系统疾病密切相关,很多从蛋白组学水平的研究发现其在不同生理状态及环境压力下的蛋白表达存在着差异。此文从酸应激、氧应激、缺铁及抗生素应用等方面作一综述。 Helicobacter pylori(Hp) is closely associated with chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer even gastric cancer and MALT Many researches in proteomic level have found that Hp protein expression has difference in different physiological state and environmental stress. The review introduces this characteristic from acid stress, oxidative stress, iron stress and other aspects.
