摘要
本文从伪随机序列(PRBS——pseudo random sequence)的性能原理入手,介绍了一种以经典的线性反馈移位寄存器(LFSR——linear feedback shift register)电路为基础,采用并行处理方式的高速PRBS发生器,并在通用FPGA芯片上予以实现。该发生器在保证等效性的前提下,有效降低了工程实现的困难,为高速电子系统测试信号提供一种可行的解决方案。
This paper is started with the characteristic principle of PRBS, and introduces a high speed PRBS generator which is based on a kind of classical circuit-linear feedback shift register. And the perform is implemented on general FPGA which has high speed PRBS generator in collateral mode. With the guarantee of equivalent, the generator depresses the difficult of practical actualizing availably and provides an available solution for high speed electronic system test signal.
