摘要
分析了学校体育管理的现状、特点及在此基础上的体育管理措施和效果,对民主体育教学管理模式的构建从学校内部与学校外部因素进行初步的探索和尝试。
This paper analyzes the condition, character, measurement and effect of school physical education management and makes preliminary exploration on school internal and external factors in democratic physical education teaching management mode.
