摘要 本实验通过体外实验和人体实验两种方法,对酵素的美白抗衰老功效进行研究。酵素酪氨酸酶抑制实验中,浓度为1%、2%和5%的膏状酵素酪氨酸酶抑制率分别为88.41%、96.35%和99.87%,粉状酵素对酪氨酸酶的抑制率为负值;利用黑色素和血红素测定仪定期测定受试者涂抹区域黑色素变化,实验证明,添加膏状酵素和粉状酵素凝胶均有美白作用,且膏状酵素美白作用优于粉状酵素。抗氧化实验证明膏状酵素有好的抗氧化能力。皮肤纹理度实验说明二者都有一定的抗衰老能力。 This experiment was to evaluate the skin-whitening and anti-aging efficacy of microbial ferment through vitro experiment and human experiment.The microbial ferment tyrosinase activity inhibition experiments proved that the paste microbial ferment had a stronger inhibition to tyrosinase.The tyrosinases inhibitory rates of 1%,2%,and 5% paste microbial ferment were 88.41%,96.35%,and 99.87% respectively,and the tyrosinase inhibitory rates of powdery microbial ferment were negative.Measure the smear site with the measurement instruments every week to show the change of the melanin.The results show that both of them have the skin-whitening efficacy,but the paste microbial ferment's efficacy is better than the powdery microbial ferment.Antioxidation experiment proved the paste microbial ferment was a good antioxidant.The skin vein experiment proved both of them had the ability of anti-aging.
