摘要
目的探讨利用计算机辅助设计技术进行个体化塑形钛网,用于大面积额颞顶颅骨缺损修补术的临床应用价值。方法应用计算机辅助设计、计算机辅助制造技术和快速自动成型技术,将钛网制成个性化颅骨修复体,对大面积额颞顶大面积颅骨缺损16例进行修补;所有患者经CT扫描收集数据、缺损重建、钛网成型、模拟装配和手术修复等步骤。结果1例出现暂时皮下积液,所有患者经随访3~18个月,术后效果满意,无并发症发生。结论应用计算机辅助设计颅骨缺损成型技术,对大面积颅骨缺损进行修复,可有效减少术后并发症,提高修复效果。
Objective To study use of individually modeled titanium mesh with computer- aided design (CAD) for repair of large parietal skull defects in the fronto- temporal area. Methods CAD/CAM and rapid shaping techniques were applied to make individual prefabricated titanium mesh. Cranioplasty was carried out in 16 patients with large parietal skull defects in the fronto - temporal area. This method included CT scan, data collection, defect reconstruction, titanium mesh molding, simulated assembly and operative repair. Results All the patients were followed for 3 - 18 months postoperatively and were satisfied with the good results and no complications, except 1 patient with transient fluid under the scalp. Conclusion CAD technology used for the repair of large skull defects is convenient, effective and safe. This method can reduce postoperative complications and improve the results of repair.
