摘要
在模糊物元分析的基础上，提出了一种新的方法，称其为模糊物元评价法。此法是将复杂工程大系统的影响因素，分为主要因素和次要因素，再把各隶属度按加权平均集中处理，得到一个数学模型，最后根据此模型计算出复杂工程大系统中各方案的综合评价值，以确定最佳方案。计算结果与用其他方法所得结果完全一致，符合实际。实例表明，用模糊物元评价法评价复杂工程大系统，不但计算简单，而且准确可靠。
The method of Fuzzy matter-element evaluation is proposed for the optimization of engineering program in the city construction in this Paper. A real example shows that the conclusion is coincided with other methods and corresponded to practice.
