摘要
本文简要叙述了高果糖浆的现实意义以及国内外的生产发展概况。本项实验重点对果糖和葡萄糖的分离进行了研究。以国际上先进的理论为依据,以蔗糖为原料制取了含果糖高于90%的高果糖浆。
This article briefly relates to the practical significance of highly concentrated, fructose and the survey of the development at home and abroad. This experiment mainly studies the separation of fruectose and glucose. On the basis of international advanced theory, highly concentrated fructose is made from sucrose, in which fruectose is concentrated more than 90 percent.
