摘要
本文对杉木的4个种源和12个家系叶过氧化物酶同工酶进行分析。结果表明:杉木的四个种源叶片过氧化物酶同王酶谱之间均存在不同程度的差异;除三明种源外,其余3个种源的不同家系之间过氧化物同工酶谱也存在不同程度的差异。这些结果从生化水平上揭示了各种源之间和同一种源不同家系间遗传差异的大小,为杉木优良种源和家系的选择提供了可靠的生化指标。
Perexidase isozyme of four provenances and twelve families of ehinese fir were analyzed by means of the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. the results showed that differences in various degree in isozyme zymograms exist between the four provenances nine families of the three provenances (except the provenance of Sanming). The result reveals the genetical differences between differente provenances and between different families of the same provenance in biochemical level.
