气相色谱法检测面粉中磷化氢残留量 被引量:12

Determination of Phosphine in Flour by Gas Chromatography

摘要 通过顶空气相色谱外标法快速、准确的测定粮食中残留的磷化氢含量.采用Porapak-Q填充柱,火焰光度检测器(FPD)进行分析测定.当磷化氢浓度在2.5~25.0ng/mL范围内时,呈现良好线性关系(R^2=0.9999).磷化氢含量为0.01和0.10μg/g时的平均加标回收率分别为93.7%和96.5%.此方法的操作简便,稳定性好,对同一浓度样品6次平行测定的RSD为0.9%.根据样品的质量,此方法的检出限可达到0.001μg/g,可作为粮食中磷化氢残留量快速测定. Content of PH3 in food supplies is determined by external method of gas chromatography promptly and accurately. In this study, FPD and Porapak-Q packed column were used. Good linearity was achived (Rz =0. 9999) when content of PH3 is between 2.5-25.0 ng/mL, standard addition recovery of PH3 was 91.1%--95.2 and 96.1%-97.4% when it's content was 0. 01 μg/g and 0. 10μg/g respectively. Comparing to traditional method, this method is more simple and stable and has been proved as a kind of relible method to determine the content of PHs promptly, RSD of 6 parallel determinations of the same sample could be as low as 0. 9%. Determination limit of this method could amount to 0. 001 μg/g depending on the quality of samples.
