难治性癫痫的术前评估及手术治疗 被引量：17

摘要 自Horsley首先为第一例癫痫患者实施手术治疗以来,已经有120多年的历史了,由于癫痫病的病因复杂,种类及临床表现多种多样,癫痫的外科治疗困难重重。近年来,由于新技术的不断涌现,癫痫术前评估及定位手段也在不断的完善,以及新的治疗理念的提出,使得癫痫外科取得了较大的进步。本综述现就癫痫手术的术前定位及手术方法进行归纳。
